1. Light yellow solid or thick paste, slight irritative odor; easily soluble in water, alcohol. Good resistance to acid,

hard water, inorganic salt, however, no alkali.

2. Excellent bactericidal, soft, antistatic, wetting performance. It is quaternary ammonium salt cation surfactant.
