Strength of sludge flocs
Modern advanced sludge dewatering technology requires that sludge flocs have sufficient strength to adapt to the increasingly high shear stress environment of dewatering equipment.
High speed centrifugal dehydration can achieve higher 3500rpm speed. The separation factor of centrifuge was improved, and the shear strength of sludge floc was enhanced. The unstable flocs will break up into small flocs under the strong shear force, which will lead to the decrease of mud separation effect, turbidity of centrifugal effluent and mud biscuit degree.
On the advanced belt filter press, because of the faster and faster belt speed and the higher tension force of the filter belt, the sludge flocs may also be not strong enough and easy to disintegrate, resulting in the "sludge running" and the decline of solid recovery rate.

Product use:
Anionic polyacrylamide is mainly used in mineral processing, metallurgy, coal, food and other industries of solid-liquid separation and wastewater treatment, wastewater, steel, textile, paper industry, oil industry for drilling and extraction of three times; papermaking retention agent and reinforcing agent etc.
Cationic PAM is mainly used as city sewage and industrial wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering flocculant; papermaking retention agent and reinforcing agent; pharmaceutical, leather, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, textile industry as fabric finishing agent.
As a highly selective flocculant, nonionic polyacrylamide was used in drilling fluid and oil field wastewater treatment and acid wastewater treatment.
Amphoteric polyacrylamide is mainly used in sludge dewatering of oil refining and chemical industry.

According to the characteristics of the product, in the preparation and use of the process, should pay attention to the following matters:
1, the use of concentration should not be too high, the concentration of the general formulation in the range of 0.05%-0.5%;
2, the product should be dissolved, add half dissolved in water tank, and then stirring slowly adding medicament, the medicament is added to disperse rapidly, prohibit direct dumping, prohibit the first drug with water, to prevent a large insoluble;
3, the preparation of water with salt free neutral water, usually with tap water, no special requirements;
4, stirring speed and strength to be appropriate, too small to open, will increase the dissolution time, too fast will lead to severe molecular chain rupture, reduce the use of performance;
5, the general solution at room temperature, can not be heated, if the cold winter, in order to accelerate the dissolution of the product can be heated up to 30-40 DEG C, no more than 60 degrees C, more than 60 DEG C will occur degradation, so that performance degradation;
6, dilute solution to be used now, the general storage time should not be more than 24 hours, a long time to place the product performance will decline;
7, if the emulsion products appear stratified, should be mixed after use, does not affect the use of performance.
Packaging storage
1, emulsion products using 25KG, 50KG, 200KG or 1T plastic barrel packaging, powder products using 15KG, 20 KG, 25KG lined plastic woven bag or paper plastic composite bag packaging, can also according to user requirements packaging;
2, the emulsion products stored at room temperature, the temperature of ~40 DEG C 5. Shelf life of 6 months. Expired products such as no exception can continue to use.

Safety
Polyacrylamide products are non-toxic and non corrosive products, if used in the skin, eyes or mouth, to wash in time. Suitable for washing with warm water.
